My favorite tradition is self care stockings. Every year since I was a kid my parents always put a new fun toothbrush in my stocking. We normally fill stockings with toothbrushes, loofas, sheet masks, and candy!

What a fun and different tradition! My stocking has always been my favorite Christmas piece to bring out every year! My mom made it when she was pregnant with me, it’s 42 years going strong! :)

One of our traditions is after dinner and gift exchanges we play bingo for dollar tree gifts. My husbands mother started that tradition when he was a boy. We kept it going and our kids and grandchildren look forward to it. We usually get a big gift for the last game. That's a fill the whole card round.

That log cabin in the beginning is so neat. Then you took the top off and it had a table and bed. I just loved that piece! Such a fun video! I enjoyed watching!

Oh my goodness… that box itself with the 3 Santa mugs!! HOHOHO Merry Christmas to you with that vintage find. I would have had to dance a Big ole TX Jig if I would have found them lol So enjoyed the cats being rascals in the background!

Tom and Jerry is a holiday alcoholic punch made with ice cream. Our Moose lodge serves them for free on Christmas Eve day. We went one time. I'm not a fan of the drink but LOVE your mugs!

Don't buy everything. I will be there this weekend. Lol

I still have the school house. Used with my daughter (45) son (38) and now grandkids (8,5,3 & 1). I smile every time the grandkids play with it.

One or oldest was just a baby about 13 months old we started as a family going and cutting a fresh Christmas tree, my brother's and there fiancée would go and we have kept it up ever since! He is now going to be 46 and takes his wife to cut their tree!

I am a CMAS collector of vintage and antique treasures especially. CMAS ornaments. I collect other things to like pottery, vases, candle holders but only one. Etc. I love my collections. The prices in this store are very reasonable to me especially the furniture. I would definately buy a lot here. I love smaller shops, etc.

I love older Fisher Price toys. I collect them now as an adult because they give me a lot of nostalgia from my childhood with my sisters. The price on the schoolhouse you found is great. Pretty low compared to others I have found.

My fav has to be the churn but I love all of your Christmas finds too! So many traditions throughout my life makes it difficult to choose one: hosting marines from the local base for Christmas, Christmas Eve candle light services, Swedish Kuchen (a braided cardomon bread with cinnamon & sugar on top) with coffee and hot cocoa, picking out a live tree at the farm on Thanksgiving weekend and returning to cut it down before Christmas, decorating our boat for the light parade in San Pedro harbor, patrolling the boat light parade in Newport Harbor and bringing goodies for the US Coast Guard boat crews, but mostly just being with family.

Loved this video! I am so jealous! You are shopping at my favorite thrift store in Millersburg!😊! I loved the butter churn and the beautiful wreath! So realistic! I saw several things I would have had to get. I collect the Olde world Santa’s, with the fur coats, etc. I saw five or six of them and told my husband we should have driven up this weekend! It’s a little over a four and a half hour drive for us, so we don’t get to come up as often as I would like. I always find wonderful treasures there! Have a Blessed week!

Tom and Jerry TypeCocktailServedHot in a mug or bowlStandard drinkwareMug Commonly used ingredients: Eggs or egg whites, powdered sugar, brandy, rum Preparation: Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix egg yolks with powdered sugar. Put a spoonful of yolk mixture in cup, and mix with brandy and rum. Fold in some egg white, then add hot milk and top with more egg white. Stir gently to fold in the egg white. Top with Nutmeg.

You got a LOT of stuff! Butter churn is very rustic and the little school house is so cute. I loved the books, but I always head to books before anything else. You are for sure heading into Christmas territory. I just hope we don't get snowed under this year. And "the girls" are getting big!

Omgosh.. I was there standing in line on Thursday! It was like black Friday and I was loving every minute of it!! I had those lighted candy canes in my cart for a few minutes. We had to be there at the same time.

The Santa on top of the tin is a drawing done by Thomas Nast. He changed the face of Santa after the Civil War. Before his drawings Santa was a thin man. Nast was first & foremost a political cartoonist then his Santa became better known. I love his Roly poly chubby version of this Christmas elf. Armful of old fashioned toys with his skinny pipe. I would of purchased that tin, I don't find many items with his representation of Santa in today's market You made quite the haul in thus video. I collect Shiny Brite ornaments & the majority of them I place in bowls & other boxes & unique baskets & miscellaneous display pieces. I'm envious of your haul today. Wish it was me. I live in NJ & it's getting harder & harder to find vintage items without paying an arm & leg.

I was at that same thrift store last Thursday, the first day of their Christmas Open house. I’m from Indiana, our thrift stores don’t have Christmas Open Houses! What a great idea! The check out line was wrapped around to the back of the store like Black Friday shopping! I scored a darling Billy Jacobs winter print and a couple of vintage Santa dish cloths. I seen and considered buying, 2 vintage Santa mugs at the Walnut Creek Antique Mall. They were $19.00 each so I passed reluctantly! You should go shopping there and take us with you! It’s my favorite antique mall in Holmes County and I only get there about 3 times a year. Love ALL your videos Missy! Keep sharing and shopping!

Hello Missy, so fun to see you again at s and s Saturday! The Christmas items stay out from now until Christmas. Other thrift stores in the area do this as well. They each have Christmas open house to kick off the season on a different weekend. There are several more coming up soon.Shevves are continually replenished throughout the season.

@@missywayt Yes it is coming up They have beautiful things as well. It is always sooo crowded so try to come early. Went back to s and s on Thursday. Got a fantastic antique Patsy Ann doll dating from about 1928 for 25.00! They had such nice things out again!

That green metal bucket with the lid and ribbon would have been a wonderful vintage wrapping paper holder. I loved it.

I have never seen that green Shiny Brite ornament box.

Ornaments show up when a cold beverage is in the Christmas tree glasses at 30:59 .

A Tom & Jerry is eggnog with either Rum or Brandy served warm,I have the punch bowl and matching cups from my grandmother.

My daughter had the Fisher price school.

Omg that butter churn was GORGEOUS!!!!! Wow!!! I collect vintage ornaments and boxes and stack the boxes up near my fireplace. Loved the longer video so fun but if I can just critique one thing (and PLEASE don’t be offended it is totally coming from a place of love and respect for you) I totally get that the ads are revenue for you but there was just a bit to much in this video it was a little distracting. Once again please don’t take this the wrong way I watch EVERY video you put out because I enjoy them and you ☺️❤️

Such a cool store with so much to look at. The displays gives one ideas on how to decorate your own home, but I’m sorry. The prices of the majority of the things was utterly ridiculous. You could do much of the same thing by shopping at garage sales or thrift stores or even the dollar stores. Thank you for sharing your video. If I win the lottery maybe I will shop there.

This Lady Had to of Touched Every Single Item in This Store. I Was Only Able to Get Through Half of This Video. And With The "Excessive Talking" This Was Just Too Much For a Human Being to Endure. Her Poor Husband!!
