Great workout. A nice change having the side-kick series BEFORE the ab work. Like the piano music but did find the music during the cooldown a little overpowering.

Really felt amazing on my body. Every move just made whole body worked out and I am sweating like pig now. I've never been this conscious when it comes to workout but from the time I started to follow you and do your workouts I feel and see amazing changes in my body and even if I miss just one day I feel so bad that I didn't get time to workout. Actually I have the feeling of going super slow (I pause the video a lot to take my time to do the exercises or I add more) I don't know why but I guess it's part of the process of embodiment.
