in the 2 attacks from 4:36 onwards, looks like Griezmann is quite a bit slower/sluggish compared to Messi and Suarez in your other attacks. Do you notice this when playing?

They want to have 10 chemistry on each player. Why 41212(2) because for big amount of fifa players its the best formation in fifa17

How do you trigger players to run? Whenever i do it my player with the ball just starting to spasm with body feints. My players tend to not run deep on their own at any point. Do you have any tips or suggestions about that or perhaps how to trigger players to run by using L1 without the body feints?
