4 Year Garden Timelapse and makeover! Complete backyard transformation in one video!
We took all of our gardening videos from the last 4 years and created one mega time-lapse video, starting from the way our property looked when we bought it, moving through the installation of 1,600 sq feet of pavered pathways, and planting of thousands of plants over the years!
We brought in over 20 cubic yards of gardening compost and another 15 cubic yards of mulch for this garden. None of this would have been possible without our amazing support system of friends, family, and brand support, and we're grateful to everyone for their efforts.
This garden has been a work in progress over several years, when we could find time in between our garden design installations for some pretty spectacular properties, which we are going to be releasing full timelapse videos for those as well, so be sure to subscribe to see those videos soon!
Let us know in the comments if you would like a quick 10 minute video or less on our Privacy Screen Wall we built, and or any of the hanging basket displays we created.

More perennials, less annuals! Thats my motto when you get older! 😂

More nature, less concrete for sustainable gardening. That's my motto.
For me the garden needs to be less work less money more relaxing. Simplicity & decluttered wins my heart.

No, no, no.. It’s their Paradise!!! They’ll keep it up as long as they can then slow down..I understand that..
Absolutely brilliant! You both worked hard, and it paid off. I know how back breaking gardening is, so taking your time is a great way of enjoying the process and not getting too achey. You have a great eye for detail too. Love the cameo part by your pets too. (Ignore the insults about money, know one knows how many hours you work or what you do. I know people who go away abroad twice a year, have sky and all the add ins, have a new car every 3 years, most up to date tv, phone etc, wear the latest trends, pay for gym membership and never use it, drink like fish but have a rubbish garden moaning they can’t afford to do anything with it). How one chooses to spend their money is their business…people don’t have the right to paint other people as being well off, when they waste money and have little to show for it. I’m with you guys, my garden is my love and we choose to spend time and money on it, making sacrifices elsewhere. Aren’t we lucky we get to enjoy it all year round❤

Bravo, tout à fait d'accord avec vous..
Whenever I passed by the nursery, I never came back home without plants ...😅😅😅 And I always spend more than my budget..
If you two get bored and run out of projects please come to my house. Your place is gorgeous. Just beautiful. Thank you for showing the projects as they were moving to the finish. I bought several different types of caladium bulbs, and I can't wait for them to grow. My plan is to put pots of them in front of my elephant ears to bring in more color, but the same shape of leaves.

Haha we will definitely keep you in mind. Oh that is going to look great! We want to incorporate more pots into our garden and the caladiums will bring that pop of color and structure to the garden. Let us know how they turned out 🫶🏻
Thank you SO MUCH for not being the guys who have to put a plant in every square foot. Over planting is the death of far too many gardens!
I love creating a garden and watching plants grow, figuring out what works and what doesn't. Love filling the empty spaces. Your plants look so happy and healthy.

It isn’t just me who brings home plants that don’t work in the place I wanted them too? I thought I spent a fortune in plants. These guys definitely take the prize. I haven’t even gotten to my back yard yet!
Absolutely phenomenal!!!! I am so impressed with your resilience and obvious love of gardening. I could sit and look at your yard all day!!!
Finally finished watching this, after a few interruptions today, and this is a REMARKABLE transformation. Beautiful. Thank you for showing us this process.

This transformation is beyond impressive! Did you have a master plan at the onset, or was this more evolutionary in nature. I was surprised at how that equipment screen and the adjacent boost to the fence raised the "ceiling height" of the garden was well as making a powerful architectural statement that went on to become the Hanging Gardens of Babylon. Amazing. Lush full, vibrant, and varied, your garden is a feast for the eyes. You should be very proud of this, guys. It's an absolute dream.
I just ran across your video. I subscribed to your channel. ❤ I was glued to the screen! This is absolutely incredible to watch! 😮 I’m envious of your physical abilities, I wish I could do that!Gardening is my passion but I’m 66 now and it’s getting rough. I look forward to watching more of your videos. This was so incredibly beautiful! Thank you for creating this channel and sharing all this! Also, love seeing the kitty 🐈⬛ and the little dogs 🐩 at the end!

I lost track of how many plants they took out because they tried them and didn’t like them in that spot. I’ve gardened for many years, and I must confess I moved things on the regular, and probably still would if I wasn’t too old to care; much. I also think that I didn’t see the beauty I had created in my garden, others could but not me. I always had this thought if I move just a few more plants…famous last words. Don’t be critiquing your own garden. You might tear out something beautiful.
What a transformation. And the changes throughout the years. It's all so beautiful 💕

When you have a dream, a vision, and you really want it in your life, you will find a way. Instead of new paving stones, you can scrounge up left over bricks from home builders. Instead of cedar mulch, you can get newly chipped wood for free from a tree guy and let it age in your yard for a year. Instead of buying all those plants at regular price, you can purchase on sale at the end of the season and get some divided plants from friends or your new neighbours…. there are so many ways to save. It will still cost you, for sure, but like I said…when there is a will there is a way. You can manie anything happen, but you need to get creative and think outside the box.

Wow really beautiful. I am in Tampa as well and have lived in my house 30 years….I’m still scratching my head trying to figure out what to do with my yard. Hope you put out more instructional and informational videos regarding plants and what works where. I watch California gardeners because there are very few Florida gardening videos with exception of food gardening.

Stone is a non-renewable resource. Once we cut it up, it can't attract clouds and bring rain. Also paving eats up lots of space that could be green otherwise. Nice to see the centella asiatica. My favorite plant.

Thank you FOR sharing an amazing journey & transformation. I loved, THE FLOWER WALL, THE POSTS with toppers & hanging planters & windchimes, THE MIXED POTTED PLANTS throughout THE GARDEN, along with THE STONES in front of THE FLOWER WALL. But, IT would have been nice TO SEE some different shaped STONES, ROCKS spread out amongst THE FLOWERS in the beds, FIGURINES, BENCHES, WATER FOUNTAINS, BIRDBATHS amongst the flowerbeds TOO.. U CREATED such an amazing LAYOUT with the paths & bricks BUT I felt like " I WAS IN A JUNGLE" with NOTHING BUT PLANTS & TREES. IT, didn't feel LIKE a Garden environment, SERENE & PEACEFUL. I FELT, "overwhelmed". 😢 BUT, that IS "my feelings". And IT IS, "your home & money".
Lots of lovely time creating your dream space

Should do a waterfall wall onto one of those non pond set ups forget what they are called on that wall that hides the filter or whatever it is. 😊❤ then you will have water sounds without the issues. Well a wall of flowers is gorgeous as well. Now then just out one of those pits that bubble water for the hummingbirds! While I love morning glories they are the biggest pain when they seed EVERYWHERE, like clematis’s better! 😂 love seeing all the new additions of the pets!
