Are the tunnels one-Way? Or how do you make sure not to meet anyone going the other way?

They are not one way. You have to look out for lights and be lucky - if you meet someone you will have to go back a little, but it’s not like there’s so much traffic that you are likely to meet someone in every tunnel. Especially with a car
