I have very bad insomnia and I’m diagnosed with bipolar 1. I’ve heard palate expansion can help with insomnia. Have you seen cases where insomnia has been improved after expansion?

It only takes 6 months for retention. It is not advised to keep the appliance for longer than 10-11 months
