    Everybody in school are bullying me it's an year now and they r not stopping to bully me I cry everyday ,my family also don't understand me always say " look at ur body why can't u just exercise you r so bad looking" it's not easy for a fat. Person to jog in public , it's not easy for us to JUST run it seems very easy for slim people . But I want to say. Thank u jo ! You motivated me today I immediately started exercising after watching this video. It is my first day of this 4 week.challenge and I feel so good currently my heartbeat is so fast and I'm sweating but I couldn't resist to share this and THANk U!!!!!! Hope you see this

    Aro Z don't let them get to you at all! do this for yourself not to prove some whiney good for nothing bullies who are too insecure to keep their damned opinions to themselves. And trust me excercise really helps boost confidence. don't stop if you don't see results fast enough. they WILL come just keep your patience intact.

    Thank you for these wonderful videos Joanna!It's been 4 months since I started my journey with you. Intermittent fasting doesnt work for me, so your videos about eating right helped me a lot. I weighed 57kg, 4 months later Im now 51kg and keeping migraine under control! 😘

    do this workout for the next 6 weeks on alternate days which will be 3 to 4 times in a week and combine this workout with strength and cardio for best results. :)

    In the description bar you say: "This is an intense workout to work on your legs, bums and abs. Keep them consistent for at least 4 weeks and you'll achieve a toner and stronger looking legs"'. What about bum and abs? Will we have any result in those as well or just legs? Thank you :)

    You definitely will! Those planks work abs and bum too but make sure you engage them (tuck in tummy and squeeze those booties! :)

    Hi Joanna, I really love watching your videos, your energy is so motivating. I am already skinny and I've always wanted to gain weight.. but it's never done the healthiest way.. now I just like to get rid of my tummy and booty fat without loosing weight and to have thick legs. Can I just do the exercises of the video 4 times a week ? I think that running is not convenient in my case as it is a kind of cardio (but I do walk though).. am I wrong ? what do you suggest to do? and I try to eat "clean" as well..

    Hello Joanna :) Thank you for the great video! Will be sticking to these exercises and will tell you how it goes :) I have a question regarding eating and exercising, I usually exercise at night but a lot of time just skip it because I feel really tired. I know a lot of health experts recommend exercising first thing in the morning, but I HAVE to have breakfast first thing in the morning, any tips or a suggested light meal to have before exercising in the morning? Thank you :)

    During the lockdown I have put on weight due to no workout and overeating. I have heavy bottom and fat in thighs and knees and also intoned. Will these exercises help in shaping them in 4 weeks

    Hey Joanna! I was wondering if you could make a video on portion control and how to stop overeating. I never know the correct amount of food. Like for example, if you're out with friends and it's a special occasion, and someone brings a box of chocolate, how do you know how much to have? Should you have 1 piece? 2 or 4? Or if it's the weekend and you decide to have pizza as your cheat meal, how do you know the correct amount? And how can you know when to stop eating? There are some people who consider eating half of a pizza in 1 sitting a "normal portion". Others say that 1 or 2 slices is the correct portion, how can you be sure that you're not over doing it? Are there certain size plates or containers that can be used to portion food out?!?! (I hope this makes sense)

    Hi Aria, it totally makes sense. Due to portions getting bigger and bigger nowadays, it's tough to gauge what's the 'right portion'. For instance 1 slice of pizza might be equivalent to 2 slices of pizza in asia.
