first type that you show isn't so realistic : seatbelt signs turning on only on stand no smoking is on always pressure in ing (ok if its us, but as I see it not us) tips and non realistic mode (markers on earth: in this case cabaniss field nolf (5.82 miles away). true simmers turning off all of the tips overspeed after takeoff and small rate of climb (only 10-15) and its sooooo slow, also flaps 2 is rare no fpl nothing on ECAM (no takeoff checklist) everything is very very slow - gear up, rate of climb, flaps, setting trust levers in CLB mode sorry for my english, its not my native language
