Dear friends and fellow aviators! Welcome back to my channel. In this video, I talked about the different stages and main types of pilot licenses here in New Zealand and its respective privileges and limitations. This is a summarize of what each pilot can do and cannot do with the license they have. However, I do apologize for some ambiguity if there is any and don't hesitate to message me so we can discuss each licenses even further. I hope that this video will give a little insight about the pilot license.

In PH you can apply in airlines with just CPL. Of course that goes with ME and IR. Only the airline or the company can endorse the pilot to apply for knowledge test and skill test for ATPL. It is impossible to apply ATPL directly and without company recommendation
How many years has it taken you to go from student to having your commercial pilot license, thank you for explaining all the different things about the license holdings

Hi Amy 😃 there’s lots of different ways and requirement’s to get in in the field of aviation here in NZ but it would be best if you check online as it differ for each organisation.

It really depends in the flight organisation of what the qualifications needed to get accepted. So I would suggest to browse the net and see what answer you’ll come up with. Cheers
