When it comes to finding suppliers on Alibaba, you are likely to come across the term MOQ. MOQ stands for minimum order quantity and it’s the least amount of product that a manufacturer is willing to produce for you per production run.
If you are a brand new private label seller, you probably don't want to start by importing an entire container of goods:)

This is the problem, all of my questions are boneheaded....I'm in trouble.
At 2:10 you mention working with a factory that sells in larger quantity and requires the buyer to have an agent in China. Do you have a video that can elaborate on this ? Right now I am working with Leelinesourcing to collect my inventory from the factory, prepare it for Amazon and ship it directly to Amazon. I am worried about paying additional fees at customs. The process is complicated to say the least.
If I only have 20 buyers from my store am I suppose to pay for the MOQ. I understand now that I am not suppose to ask for just 20 items but I keep getting confused on this situation. I am asking beginner questions because I am a beginner.

Thanks for all your videos. When purchasing from Alibaba to sell on Amazon FBA can you have the Alibaba supplier ship directly to Amazon? How is this done so it complies with Amazon’s requirements and is it still done with a third party QC inspection?

im confused what if i dont have any orders yet do i just have to pay for the MOQ out of my own pocket and if i dont get sales i just dont get the money ?
