Its like art restoration by hand. But you do it mechanically by tools. Good job !

No need to duplicate the unsharp mask and blur layer - you converted that to a smart object, so any filter edits you do there can be adjusted. Both filters show up under that layer

mine worked so well, just open the image on photoshop, enable detail 2.0 if needed, go to image size== change size and put 300 dpi then just hit the details 2.0 and there is a slider that you can define roughness. works pretty

Joy, yet another computer text-to-speech video. I can do this in Corel Paintshop Pro 2021 (which is lower cost and does not require a subscription) quite easily. Four steps my tail--everything he clicked on is technically another step in the process.
