@PoppaTInstall did you educate the fella why the 12v fried I know he said he is going to upgrade to lithium at some point but may not be safest route to charge 12v at 15.4 for long term

It’s gonna get better if he keeps going but the right people would help him grow rather than tear him down …much love for what you do Poppa T 💯

For everyone saying its not that loud, he said its at 8ohm so hes pushing very few watts. That amp may not even be rated at 8ohm since its a single amp. Live and learn, he will get it sounding better. Alleast he has a good starting platform with the subs, box, alternator and wiring.

He's definitely not clamping 8k at all lmao. With that charging set up probably a whole 1000 rms

@@illililililillli yeah if you got good voltage it makes all the difference. When I added my second battery I'm now never below 12.5 volts at full volume. I probably clamp over 5k rms watts. If I was to wire at half ohms strapped I probably would clamp over 6k rms watts and would need more batteries. I have a JS 370 amp alternator so that's also why my voltage is good. ✔️ it out.

@@RyanBassForLife Yes sir. Electrical is extremely important. I'm in the process of swapping from lifepo4 to sodium and upping my charging voltage from 14.6 to 15.5

Close but not quite.

Listening on some 1" usb powered pc speakers: Yup, sounds preeetty nice. but suddenly I'm not feeling a single 8 anymore haha. I have a dual 10" box but I dont want to sacrifice the space :( siiigggghhhh... oh well... small car issues...

So many things wrong with this set up. No one runs 8 ohms on 4 15’s. He has 2ohm subs. Should wire each sub to 1ohm then combine them all to a 1ohm final load. Next his charging voltage too high for agm and not enough reserve. That alternator is getting taxed constantly charging to keep up. Next one agm in back in one in front not even suitable for maybe 2000watts. Taramps are power hungry he’s going to kill that amp. He’s seems clueless on this whole build. He might be clamping 2000 watts if he’s lucky with impedance rise.and voltage drop.
