4 simple TIPS that will IMPROVE your WIDE ANGLE lens photography

In this week's video, I'm giving you 4 simple tips that will improve your WIDE ANGLE lens photography in no time!
The most powerful tool in my camera bag is probably a wide-angle lens, like the 16-35mm. Other than perhaps a drone, there’s, in my opinion, no other single piece of photographic equipment that can help YOU create more jaw-dropping photos and impactful compositions than a wide-angle lens. So if you haven’t tried going wide in your photography, you NEED to do these things with your WIDE ANGLE zoom lens!
I’ve just always loved to shoot very wide and try to get multiple elements into the frame and make unique photos full of storytelling. But I wasn’t always very good at it, and that’s why I wanted to make this video, where I will break down 4 things you need to know to get the most out of your wide-angle lens.
So without further ado, here are my do's and don'ts in wide-angle photography!

Yeah, you have to be very careful with lines, especially indoors - that can look terrible. That's a thing I could have addressed in this video. Thanks for the support and I hope you took away something here.

It's definitely 'easier' to use shorter focal lengths, like 24-70mmmm or a 70-200mm, as it is always easier to narrow things down, to simplify than it is to figure out which things to include in a BIG frame... I really appreciate your time watching and I hope you will take these tips with you on your onwards photography journey!

Really appreciate all the details on this video. I've been itching to get out there to use my sigma17-50mm for landscapes, also looking to get something wider even 10mm or 11mm.

Many thanks for this interesting video! I have just a remark to the picture at 17:35. My wife likes it to show a person to get an image how large an object - in that case the waterfall - is. What is your opinion about this? Thx Peter

At timestamp 6:55 and the next photo after that, did you use long exposure? Is long exposure more frequently used with wide angle lenses?
