The lower end is a neat concept I haven't heard explained before, but I have definitely experienced. I'll keep it in mind during bad games when i realize that my normal playstyle and protocols arent working.

This is a problem that I noticed in my tracker recently, I felt in some parts of the video that you were describing me. Some games I’m the demon 1 stuck in silver and everything works well, and literally the next game I bottom frag without knowing what to do and nothing works. I don’t have protocols, I adapt really bad because my expectations on my teammates are delusional since I always try to communicate, and IGL but if no one talks I get tilt very fast. I also get tilt easily when I bottom frag and I’m whiffing constantly, ending up with me remaining silent because my mental is ruined or “they don’t talk anyways”. This video gave me perspective about what I need to work on now, I thought I just suck at aiming, I’ve improved in that aspect, and I was still thinking “my aim is better, but not better enough” now I see it’s way deeper than I wanted to believe.

People need to stop getting tilted over video games. Your rank means nothing. It's just a way to match you with generally evenly skilled opponents and teammates. No one IRL cares if you hit radiant. Start by having fun at the game. Try to win. Try to improve. Be critical of yourself before you even consider being critical of your teammates. Everyone has bad games yourself included. So stop getting tilted over your teammates having a bad game. You'll find your variance between your A and C games shrinks. You'll be more consistent and you'll start climbing. The big problem with gamers today is they forget what the point of video games are, to have fun. If you're always trying to IGL and then no one is talking they're probably just muting you and then doing their own thing. Because it's silver. They're working on their own game and don't want to be bossed around by someone equally as bad as them lol

Im at gold rn and I did notice that I never had a bad game or off day probably because I already do what you told me! I focus a lot on fundamentals and remind myself at the start of each game on what to do, if I notice I can't aim well I try to focus on supporting my team instead of trying to get kills, but I also focus on my crosshair placement and this usually is enough of a challenge to get me to flow state and I just snowball from there

Now this give actually highlights many things that I subconsciously think about as recently I was in immortal, playing my A game. Now im playotlike a diamond thinking "why am I not playing like I was just yesterday?" And this guide is probably the best guide to fix this. Highlights exaxtly how to remove that thought and think of improving your worse performance so you'll be more consistent snd maybe have a good day. Hey Konpeki I watched this video and understand about tilt queuing because my mental makes me think I still can go on because you can get your rr back but actually just isn't true.The second thing is that I have an intel core i3 that functions like what normal office computer do but I have a good cpu but because of this issue valorant takes up alot of memory and I aslo have 12gb of ram so that my game doesnt lag but the intel core i3 is setting me back.My friend from plat 2 says I deserve Ascendant when I am not lagging.

It's necessary to have mastery of two games..... After all it's about enjoyment in game.... I can play 3 fps cs valo and rainbow Six.... When ever I feel tilted in any one of these games.... I switch to either of these three..... I was stuck in gold nova 1 for 2 years in csgo..... Whenever I started playing rainbow Six....i hit rainbow Six to diamond 2 and pushed csgo upto dmg.... Same in valo.... I pushed valo to plat2... Whenever I feel tilted in valo.... I switch to rainbow Six.....i am a multiplayer addict.... Best advice switch to any roleplay games like gta rdr2 or any story games or open world Games like warframe....

In my case, it likely comes from a lack of confidence in using vandal/phantom those days, so I end buying guns that give me consistent but low cieling value like guardian and stinger.

I do the exact opposite of every player I meet. I always overthink when I'm playing and lose focus on my aim. My calls and strats work, but my aim is dogwater ( Gold 1 peak btw 😅 )

One thing about the Valorant community is someone people are very toxic to women. They automatically assume we can’t play the game, they will intentionally throw a game out of spite, scream sexist remarks, refuse to comm after hearing a feminine voice, etc. Doesn’t matter if you’re top fragging or able to clutch 1v3’s, it’s actually worse at times, because their ego is so fragile they get upset they’re “under” a woman. Really common in lower elo unfortunately.

It's a lot worse in higher elo, people think that way because believe it or not many women are boosted to their rank. I deal with sexist people by muting their voice and chat comms, especially if they have no useful information to relay. If the player is giving good comms and you're playing with a friend that won't mute them for whatever reason, you could ask them to repeat the comms the toxic player is giving. (only good comms of course!)

i damn well needed this. i’m bronze 2 right now but my aim is around plat-diamond level but i am so inconsistent. in my games ppl look at my tracker and say “are you smurfing why is your headshot rate so high” and me being me keeps looking up aim tutorials after mad aim games. i’m really inconsistent and hopefully after watching this i’ll be better

Remove all background tasks + run Valorant in full screen. Could try Shadowplay if you have an NVIDIA card or Bandicams (people say that it doesn't take many resources).

If you have windows you can use Xbox gamebar to clip things, for me it doesn't affect my performance but I'm not certain about low-lower end PCs. Win+G for gamebar and Win+Alt+G to clip. :)

Before you do anything in this video. If you still using 60hz monitor then you cant go up any further, maybe gold or plat max. That is what i feel, after i upgrade to 240hz monitor i can go to diamond flawlessly, before i was hardstuck on gold like legit 2 years of playing.😅

How should I play, Im bronze-silver and I always expect my teamates to play as a team... Like they only use me as bait or never cover, while I cover them and swing with them... I just play a 5v1 situation every games, because thereis no possibility to play the game as a team

You're thinking too much for a low ranked player, as said in the video you can't have high expectations of your teammates. In low ranks it's more common people don't know strats and are even scared to comm, this means your duelists don't know how to correctly enter site and may end up baiting you or your sentinel doesn't hold flank with a trip, etc. In low ranks I feel it is much easier to focus on your own playstyle than worry about what your team is doing, if you notice someone on your team is doing a good job and can play around their teammates then try working with them. It's also good to find a friend or two you can queue with, as long as you all have the same understanding of your skill levels and can utilise them together.

In other words, try to simplify your plays and don't over complicate it in your own mind. High ranked strats don't work in lower ranks. :)

The truth is, ranked is fucked. Too many smurfs and mismatches with golds playing with fucking bronzes or cracked silvers on 540hz playing in iron lobbies. Consistency doesn’t exist expect for the best players or above average players. The game moves on and riot could give two fucks on what the community thinks just like every other competitive video game. U can be childish and say I’m ass but I’m not and a bunch of other players can and would agree with me , smurfs make you bad. Mismatches make you bad. Teammates make you bad. Not having the best setup makes you bad. Having higher ping than the enemy makes you bad.
