it is an error regarding web.xml file, in (Iso) named line there will be error

The 'submit query' text inside the button is the default value. If you want 'xyz' to be written inside the button, just write

follow these steps file -> new -> other -> web -> dynamic web project -> click on Next :)

That must be because your eclipse is not made for web projects. There are different versions of eclipse available on their website. Read the description and download accordingly.

You have to save your files before running

Plz speak Hindi language

Remove subtitles... U r talking xamm nd video showing sam... Wastage of space bcz of subtitle.. nd nt correct wording there... Apart from it turorials are more helpful
