Looking at Red Beard sitting in the front seat of that go cart, there wasn't much room left in the front, so his passenger would need to be kind of small to get 2 in the front seats...LOL

This project was what brought me on. Glad to see it given some love.

Just watched episode 1-11, then this one. I will say you did a badass job all around. I kno you said it's for the kids but man it goes pretty slow. Once again good job tho. I have yet to build anything like that so I cant even say nothin negative lol

That gy6 needs some work. 180cc kit, ported head, cam, exhaust, flat side. 1500 rpm springs in the clutch and lighter rollers

They dont need to be the same angle necessarily. Drawn lines inward from the control arms and the radius of all the pivots should intersect. The method you used works best when all the links have equal length. Another way to check Ackerman is an old school way nascar did. Get a shiny shop floor. Push the buggy with the wheel turned and listen for the front tires scrubbing. Ackerman is set by having your front spindle pivot, steering tie rod and center point of rear end all in an imaginary line.

Great build RBG and would be awesome with a Predator 670 cc V-Twin.

If I remember correctly. You had said the Kart you took the suspension off from had a set up in the front end that was 7 inches wider in the front than in the back. Maybe that was to help with the poor turning radius of this design. Oh well cool build.

I was not even at half throttle when driving it. It pulled it without a problem and 4 kids will weight about the same as me lol

That bearing retainer at 5:18, where do I get those? My bearing spun inside of the retainer and welded itself in there. I can’t find that replacement part ANYWHERE!

Its a 150cc gokart engine. Has electric start and reverse.

to bad with that engine it wont pull 4 people let alone 2
