Absolutely! Great advice Coach Alex! It’s almost 1 1/2 months post breakup and I can honestly say setting boundaries, openly communicating, and having my own life/energy outside of my ex-boyfriend really has turned the tides. Right now he’s surprisingly stepping up (more responsive and caring in texts) but I said we need to take it slow. I’m not rushing back into a relationship and I feel we need to work on our communication and balance our life/relationship if we were to rekindle. I’ve spent time working on myself and doing things I enjoy and it’s like magic. He’s actually investing more. Communication is very important. Live in the now, not in the future. Focus on this moment and continue to invest in yourself! ❤️ Stay strong girlies! I went from clinging to every text he sent to living my best life/focusing on my best self. The tides turn when you choose to focus and magnify your energy on yourself. It’s a gravitational pull they’ll feel the attraction. ❤

I asked my boyfriend when he felt love, he said that when I passed him a cup of warm water and made him breakfast. I was so surprised with his answers as I was expecting something like kissing or hug. I guess these examples shows that we think differently and he pay attention to something I don't. (PS: He is Japnanese so he also drink warm water...)

It was sons special birthday and we had heaps planned but my place got broken into a few days before and I ended up hurt and scared so had to miss the visit, really upset me. Spoke to him on phone.... didnt say anything otherwise other than I had allergies and not well... so hope everything gets fixed soon! ❤

Please drop him. Block his number and block him on anything else if you follow each other. I can't describe how disrespectful that is, it's almost like he's taunting you. Intentionally humiliating you. He think you're supposed to chase him and NO you're much better than that. Please block him and spend that time calling someone who actually answers and won't play games. He sounds like such an a**hole !

he's not that into you, yet 😉. don't chase him. some of the things I learned from his videos and from others, is try to do your own thing. If you talk to him when going to the gym, talk about your weekend plans, about going out with your girlfriends or some hobbies.

I would stay in my feminine energy of attracting and receiving. Also, go no contact and let a masculine man do the pursuing. He sounds emotionally neglectful and immature. Check to see if your attachment style is anxious.

Hi Alex, my bf is so close, for now he wants to be' just a friends. Sometimes he is acting like as an ungrateful person with come here, go away; he is so much 🎢 , he doesn't want to lose me and in the same time he is so afraid that he will be hurt by me. I really don't know how to behave my self with him. I gave him all the space that he needs. We are together almost 7 yrs. We broke up several times couse of his traumas. I really do love him so much.
