It destroys some tissue in an attempt to mitigate bleeding and damage, remove an undesired growth, or minimize other potential medical harm, such as infections when antibiotics are unavailable. Therefore it should only be done when necessary otherwise we won't be among the 70k 2) Ruqyah refers to the healing method based on the Quran and hadith through the recitation of the Quran, seeking of refuge, remembrance and supplication that is used as a means of treating sickness and other problems like black magic, by reading verses of the Quran, the names and attributes of Allah, or by using the prayers in Arabic or in a language the meaning of which is understood. Thus you should not ask others to do ruqyah for u otherwise u will not be among the 70k. Instead do the ruqyah for you yourselve only.

I want to ask if we do cautery for a skin tag on eyelid which is not painful but still it doesn't look normal. Will we not be in those 70K? Jzk

Prophet (ﷺ) ordered seven things 1 To pay a visit to the sick 2 to follow funeral processions 3 to say to a sneezer, "May Allah be merciful to u" 4 to return greetings 5 to help the oppressed 6 to accept invitations 7 to help others to fulfill their oaths Sahih al-Bukhari 2445 Sunan an-Nasa'i 705 It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "When a man goes out of his house to his Masjid, one foot records a good deed and the other erases a bad deed."

Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has given the one more (strength) than the other, and because they support them from their means. In Quran andHadith number 70,000 is used multiple times.The scholars of Islam have argued that the number 70,000 is not literal. In arabic language the number 1000 or 70,000 symbolizes abundance.

A prophet would pass by accompanied by nobody. Then a big crowd of people passed in front of me and I asked, Who are they Are they my followers?" It was said, 'No. It is Moses and his followers It was said to me, 'Look at the horizon.'' Behold! There was a multitude of people filling the horizon. Then it was said to me, 'Look there and there about the stretching sky! Behold! There was a multitude filling the horizon,' It was said to me, 'This is your nation out of whom seventy thousand shall enter Paradise without reckoning.' "Then the Prophet (ﷺ) entered his house without telling his companions who they (the 70,000) were. So the people started talking about the issue and said, "It is we who have believed in Allah and followed His Apostle; therefore those people are either ourselves or our children who are born m the Islamic era, for we were born in the Pre-lslamic Period of Ignorance.'' When the Prophet (ﷺ) heard of that, he came out and said. "Those people are those who do not treat themselves with Ruqya, nor do they believe in bad or good omen (from birds etc.) nor do they get themselves branded (Cauterized). but they put their trust (only) in their Lord " On that 'Ukasha bin Muhsin said. "Am I one of them, O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)?' The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Yes." Then another person got up and said, "Am I one of them?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, 'Ukasha has anticipated you." (Sahih al-Bukhari 5705)
