Question, when defending, we use the square on stance right? what do you do then if they dont play a smash and instead play a deception to drop or crosscourt drop as to considering the fencing or racket leg stance is more effective in moving forwards than the square on?

I wasn't sure as your videos with blue courts is somewhere else then saw you brothers chatting last night. I string with mark so pop round there since march but joined the centre yesterday.
