It is hard to write a comment without a spoilers so long story short - after this ZvP I need to rewatch previous Falcon casts as I need to restore my eyes from all of the mistakes made in this game.

Nice! I don't remember seeing 4-port BC in the past. That's nice. Overall, BCs are there to be a gas dump for SK terran ; while being a gas tax on the zerg. Terran has too much gas becasue most of the army is marines. Zerg needs the 4 gas to fight terran to constantly supply lurkers, defilers, and ultras. Having to fight the BCs measn producing scourge which is quite gas intensive. Also BCs are very good are shutting down gas mining. So while BCs are not usually there to kill the Zerg, they are there to starve the Zerg gas. Also, on when it's ok to talk ASL. For a point of comparison, Artosis' chat rule is to not discuss ASL until 4 days after the tastosis cast posts on youtube.

Yamato is a good spell! I actually remember a period of time where in lategame tvt, terrans started transitioning to them because like queens, they were one of the only safe ways of dealing with tanks (and missile turrets). Durable enough to fly forward and heavily damage / or pick off things and then pull back and either hold space or get repaired and re-engage. It just so happens that in tvz that battlecruisers are also a semi reasonable option versus ultralisks too.

Yamato is part of what makes BCs so friggin strong. It lets BCs crack spore colonies, or focus down a hatchery/gas. Combined with D matrix from vessels and restoration from medics they are super tough for zerg to deal with. You're right about late game TvT they are awesome in that matchup as well if the game goes long enough just keep blasting with yamato. They are almost useless vs protoss though sadly...only strong vs carriers and even then the protoss has so many ways to deal with them (dark archon with feedback&mind control, scouts, arbiter stasis, psi storm).

Those bcs really turned the tables. That health pool held out for sure!

Scan destroyed the Spire first to stop the at the main with his BCs to end all the scourge. The Hydras not having their specific upgrades, those BCs were too much for them. The Battlecruiser curse was lifted lol!

@22:09 I was thinking earlier more BCs the better. Usually there isn't enough to overwhelm the Zerg but Scan was all in. Great game!!

Wow, nice work on those battle cruisers. They did tons of work. Defending the new base, killing the defiler mound, sniping those hydralisks. Really cost efficient in this battle.

Yeah that Asl game you mentioned was a real treat to watch. There was also some real insanity in KCM on Saiyan's last upload. Well worth a look.

Yup not enough scroug and/or defilers with hydras. He for sure got caught off guard.

It was the firebat. Wish FP clicked on him he had like... 6 kills at least I bet. Group of 14 lings I think.

As always BC is always a nice choice in TVZ. The BC will tear down Zerg's extractor.. Force Zerg to spend gas to anti air... While their gas income is reduced. More scourge is made to anti air and more plague to cast on the BCs make Terran ground army dominate the ground eventually grants control of the map and victory...

and we all know you keep it reasonable on here, well-moderated too, Falcon, we know what the boundaries on posting and discussion are on certain subject matter, and it is understood, well understood. We viewers and channel subscribers are grateful that you are quick to remind us, too, as this is about SC and enjoying games. But I do have to echo that frustration of others, cannot imagine what the accusations are, but really hope his channel comes back, and is disturbing for all channels who post these awesome games on here, etc. Dangerous times regarding censorship, one's channel coming under administrative scrutiny, etc, on other national issues too I will NOT post what they are, but we all know what they are. Dangerous time to run afoul of the authorities, but KZread, if the accusations are false indeed, which they PROBABLY are, are really taking it to a new extreme and it is sad. Hope his channel is back. Could go on for probably hours if I wanted in a rant, but much more respect than that for here, but yes, truly sucks, we need YT leadership and in other entities that will write a new policy on WHEN to delete channels, etc or quash protests, etc let's say for the sake of application if he was protesting something via his channel that YT did not like. Those days will come, as will a resolution to this copyright violation---DELETE model, but we are not there yet. It is a shame Falcon, that we cannot mutually and respectfully discuss issues on here, but it is 100 percent understandable and understood, and hell, lol, this IS an entertainment, game-channel, at least in part, no place for such discourse really. hmmm...spoilers....well, Falcon, don't know about time frame, you have a good suggestion....I will say, SOME folks, do post spoilers but try and hide them under the part of the comment that shows up here on KZread, one has to click the read---more tab to see, or they post the giant SPOILER ALERT or BELOW, and likewise to warn potential readers of the coming content. I have to come view it as RESPECTFUL of others, regardless of time passed, who have not yet watched matches, though, yes, I too, used to just post the spoilers but have since changed my posting habits on that. I dunno...some people mind them, others do not, but it is an interesting concept. Then however some people wait to read the comments until after the match. It is an....interesting.... issue. On any topic or game etc. But yeah, ASL, perhaps even MORE understandable that people do not want spoilers. Then again, they might have heard the results elsewhere, so yeah, it really does become a complicated issue and has multiple variables that depend upon/it is attached to, including WHAT the Spoiler is about, but even then the same problem remains, holistically, lol. Best to just enjoy whatever it is or not, and THEN post, but comments during say, matches is always tempting too. It is a complicated issue, maybe AI will one day ban people from doing THAT too, lol. What we saw here was a vision of the meta if devours and scourge were nerfed, its not quite balanced, but any TvZ without dark swarm is 10x more fun to watch.

Yamato can 1 shoot a nydus canal and seriously weaken spore colonies. That said there were no defilers and BCs had 3+1 armor hydras needed range dmg+ much earlier so zerg could have tried more.

I think 3 or 4 days is ok to not spoil ASL, but, maybe I'd advice first because it's hard to not say anything about it.

I hate yellow zerg. Inappropriate colour, and against protoss it gets confusing. Terran is also bad as yellow, while protoss is bad as white.

Ultras has poor dps/cost ratio as well. Their strengths isn't in their dps...
