The same is true for me. From what he twitters he didnt seem to be neather nice nor funny, but whenever I see him bantering around with the others I do find him really really funny and I understood that he is a friendly and nice guy, too, (who is just trolling from time to time.)

Yeah all of them are sweethearts and good fun, but Anish's charisma and banter are maybe even a match for Levy's, and I mean that as high praise.

Yeah he's the kind of guy that I would automatically dislike, but I was pleasantly surprised, Ive only gotten into chess recently and 99% of the guys seem to be really chill and funny. It's quickly becoming my favourite content

From India, and have been following Levy and Hikaru long before this video, So this was a great treat for me..the dream cross over... Hope you do this again :)

I feel bad for Levy when he interacts with other chess players (especially GMs) in these streams. It's almost like he doesn't know what to say without sounding a bit rude. Hes such a good dude 99% of the time especially when it's just him and his audience, but it's almost like he has a bit of a chip on his shoulder whenever he's playing strong chess players and comes across as insecure. I wish he could let go, relax a little and not try to seize every opportunity to be sarcastic or say things like 'that was a pretty stupid move' (to Vidit).

No, the player that's 'Claims the Win' get it. You just have to be up by 20 points over your opponent. It's kinda like a mercy rule

Setting up OBS and cropping is too much work. Great stream, Levy. Enjoyed it alot.

This is so hilarious, what a nice bunch of chess people! :-)

This has to be a real challenge, because you have to wait three moves before you can play, which puts each player at a significant disadvantage if one guy checks and another guy checkmates and you can’t do anything about it, unless you’re allowed to move your checked king regardless of whose turn it is.

Just watched Anish's video, you can definitely see how improved the stream interface is in comparison because of the cropping 😂. Levy's cropping really allows you to focus on the chess being played. (just a nice prophylactic move: I'm a fan of both guys)

Levy's videos has helped me a lot. Love from India.

Anish has the driest sense of humour.

People still play video game tournaments in person when they don't need too, I think chess will still continue with irl tournaments for higher level play.
