Can we take a moment to appreciate that so many of these restaurants are zero waste?

I like how when Steven describes how the first pancake delivers all of what a full breakfast should be that Andrew is clearly listening and open to it. If you look at earlier videos, Andrew was still cynical about Steven’s wild imagination. Now Andrew is not only converted, but is now saying things like. Plate to portion, “ PP”. I love it!!

Best trio on youtube by far! Whenever I feel down and overwhelmed with life, I always search for Worth It. Their character development from the beginning and until now is heart warming. Why when cheap caviar is like $5 per kg? Would be interesting though, start with cod/lumpfish caviar and work their way up to Russian/Black/Sturgeon caviar. Would have to leave the US for that though since fancy caviar is illegal in America.

I will say this before seeing the food, I appreciate Angler's lead just demonstrating his knowledge of the food they work with and the goals they have when it comes to making cuisine. He keeps on message with everything he's saying its not a offhand "we also do it because of x reason" its no, this is our identity. This is how we took ourselves to an objective stance on our cooking and came out the other side vastly improved. You have to be willing to be critical of yourself in the resteraunt business to take the risks they have with some of their menu in order to provide the best product to the customer possible and they are doing exactly that here.

"Brunchy Lunchy" triggers me considering brunch is already a combination of breakfast and lunch...All of these looked delicious.. Thank you that is all

Honestly, as someone who has watched this from season 1 back when Keith was Steven's partner, idk why I feel so proud...

Steven through time became like Andrew in the first seasons, who just doesn’t like some things, but Andrew became the absolute opposite when looking to the beginning

It's LA.... Shit's expensive there. And a cheap regular old pancake is pretty much the same wherever you go, and wouldn't have held a candle to any of these. Everyone already knows what IHOP tastes like.

They like to try it from restaurants that specialise in the product itself like for pizza instead of a fast food chain that mainly does burgers and sometimes pizza they like to chose restaurants that are known/specialise in the pizza
