We bought a small air fryer and quickly realised it wasn’t big enough, so after watching your videos bought the Cosori smart air fryer. Wow, so much better. This made the best melted cheese and thicker-sliced ham sandwich I have ever eaten - the bread didn't go golden brown but it was still as crunchy as in the video. I now want to experiment with different cheeses (I used Colby cheese and Aussie Jack/Burger cheese). I think that I could probably modify this recipe to make jaffle-like sandwiches too! Thank you for your videos from Australia!

I stumbled upon you and you made air frying a breeze. I have the Cosori and made a whole chicken today. Came out perfect thanks to your instructions. Looking forward to finding more of your recipes. Thanks😊

It also fits in the smaller round fryer if you buy a lower poundage bird. You can still oil it up and spice it up as you wish according to her recipe. I will say took a little fineggling but we were able to get the entire bird into my smaller round air fryer and it came up beautifully done.

I did the peppers and sausage recipe. I always thought I hated peppers but I was wrong! I used Aldi’s Never Any chicken sausage, apple flavor and the whole thing was surprisingly good. I added a little garlic powder because I was afraid of not having enough flavor since your sausage looked more savory than mine. I was sure the potatoes weren’t done, but actually they were PERFECT and so much better than those cooked with meat in a slow cooker or roast that turn to mush.😝 I did add salt upon serving. Leftovers the next day were even better.

thanks for this video! just a [non-AF] hint for the cauliflower gnocchi: pan cook per directions, with water and a teaspoon or two of Better Than Bouillon. mix with sautéed mushrooms, asparagus and spinach, etc. soooo good!

Oh, and I can't wait to roast chicken in my air fryer. I usually don't even buy whole chickens all summer long because using the oven makes my house too hot.

I have the Cuisinart Air Fry, Toaster oven for 4 yrs. Use it mostly to toast and roast veggies. Don’ like the way it cooks meat, so thinking of getting another air fryer. I had a GoWise prior to Cuinart which I enjoyed. Now I’m thinking about getting a new air fryer with a square basket. The Cosori seems to be my choice. Using parchment paper when cooking is great for most foods cooked in air fryer. Your recipe for sausage and peppers is great. I have been cooking that in a wok for several years with fresh chopped garlic. In air fryer I would put the garlic in use sausage near end of cooking cycle.

I am going to try the potatoes and the chicken recipe's soon. Love the idea of them. My favorites right now are 'Crescent Dogs' and baked potatoes. Can't get enough of that crunchy skin.

Getting ours next week. My husband is a big gym going and ALWAYS needing food for his muscles bulking and I have a very hungry 7 year old too so all of these are fantastic! Got a 6 month old baby so now I’m ready when he hit full on solids!

I just got mine this afternoon , will be trying it on Saturday. I went to their web site and they have a 7 QUART AIR FRYER , that will be my next one. This would make a good birthday or early Christmas present.

Top tip for chicken: Cook breast-side down *for the first cycle*, that way more of the juices remain in the breast meat. Also when you rotate, the top of the chicken will have the crispiest skin when it's done.

i just purchased a cosori thanks to your recommendation .... love your video's.... haven't cooked in it yet but ran it on preheat twice.... no smell at all.... i washed baskets in hot soapy water and even used q-tip between slats before i ran it and wiped down inside of unit with wet cloth and was really happily suprised no smell at all,... looking forward to cooking in it... can't wait til i cook some of your recipes.... thank you
