You can use small steel bowl. yes, the lemon and milk mixture is homemade butter milk 😊❤️❤️

Yes, you can bake this in oven in same mathod. You can bake this in 180 degree pre-heated oven and bake it for 20-25 minutes 😊❤️❤️

I tried to do the chocolate muffin and it didn't really come out so well. It was my first time to no issues.
