I'm on fence & wanna Ponce on it, I put in .. Peddle Commander, Dual flow masters & next week, are cool air intake.. for performance.. then 6" lift on my 2017 Nissan Titan sl 4×4

Thanks for commenting, but that truck and boxes have been gone for over 2 years. I've had 2 trucks since that video. Sorry I can't help on that one, Sometimes my viewers don't realize how old some of my videos are and I get that a lot

I appreciate you doing the video, very well spoken and demonstrated. I have a 2018 SL Titan with factory radio and the Nissan connect. My radio sends information to Nissan about the status of my truck and Nissan sends information back to my truck via radio. My question is, do you loose the back and forth updates, and information of your trucks info to Nissan with this radio?

Great video, thanks for the feedback so far! Quick question.... I see you traded the Titan recently, but if you can remember.... The RF system in it is awesome. Loud. Sounds great and is incredible for a factory system. After installing the new screen and unit, did you notice any change to the performance of the amp/ speakers? I am not sure how much power output the old system has (I could look it up but am lazy)... I don't see anything below in the comments about actual performance? Unless I missed something??? I would hate to get this thing in and running and notice that it isn't as loud, or distorted, not as boomin... Was hoping you could provide a note or two about if you noticed any changes, good or bad? All the best! -G

It actually gave the RF setup a really awesome sound. I noticed it right away. The boom was crazy and clear. I only ran it about 5 on the volume. Because anything above that was to much for me. Especially if you run it with the "loud button" on...in other words, Yes you will notice it right away

Yes I did install it myself. Very easy plug and play.. took about 1 hour

@Micah Herron I'm doing research right now and looks like it will work, however you might be limited on what you can use because your titan might not be equipped with optional features like 360 camera

What head unit did you get for you truck. And did you have to get add on. Or it came with everything And I’m guessing you have to have WiFi.

He is using Vivint for his security system. You can enable a pin requirement to use the Vivint app. I’m not sure about other systems. I work for Vivint and that’s why I know about the ability to lock the app. If you need help with Vivint let me know. I love seeing the app on the truck. I’m going to buy this radio just for that feature, 😂

How long did it take you to receive the head unit? I ordered mine online and hasn’t been shipped yet. They suck, just hope it’s worth the wait. Thanks in advance.

I have used it, but you really don't have to use it because once you log in to your Google acct you will have access on your px6

So you run the speaker wire from the amp to the speakers or did you splice it at the harness to get the highs amped up

hi i bought it is i installed it it gives sound on the radio but when i connect it to internet in youtobe or videos it does not give sound i think it must be programmed from the system to remove the blockage and i do not know how to do it thanks for your cooperation

No because I no longer have that truck, I have since traded that truck with the unit. But it was doing fine when i traded the truck a few months back

I no longer have that truck, I since bought a new titan and didn't need the unit anymore. But it was still working great when I traded the truck. It was 2 years old and still doing good

no one ever holds onto these units, i havent seena single video where the owner held onto the unit, they are POS

I think these only fit a 17 - 19 Titian correct? Can you still use your steering wheel controls?

Which unit and add ons did you get? I looked on Phoenix’s website but there were a lot of add on options that was kinda confusing. Awesome video BTW can’t wait to get one for my Titan!

@@adolfocastellanos3538 Not sure, but however once you log in to your unit with your Google acct, all of your info will show up just like logging into your phone. I never had to use the carplay or android auto because it's literally like using a smart phone. Just use your hotspot for wifi...I hope that makes sense

Here Maps is a little better than Google Maps, we can download the entire USA and use it without data connection

Thanks for watching! The EQ is decent. It has manual settings, If you prefer that. But I leave it on the "Rock" setting with the loud button on and it sounds super loud with all the bass balancing its self out with the Rockford Fosgate system.

I've been having a few issues with my unit. Have you experienced your radio turning on by itself once you're within bluetooth range with your phone or when you open your doors?

No I didn't have anything like that happen, but try going back over your install and make sure you didn't forget something..it can get tricky

hey Zigg I have a 2018 Titan I have tried everything but I can't adjust temp control correctly, 60 and 61 are cold, at 62 its blowing hot like 90 any clue.

1st try a reset on your thermostat. To do that turn your thermostat all the way to 90 at full blast for 10 secs. Then back down to 60 at full blast for 10 secs. Then turn your blower back down from high to mid. This should fix it, it is a common problem but a easy fix. If it doesn't you may have to take it to the dealership. Hope this helps!

Thank you for the video. i see the screen is very similar to the phone screen. Is it basically you're using your phone data for example when you watch the youtube video, play music during the ride>?? another question is, what you see in the screen is from your phone screen? that means your passengers can see your phone's stuff at the same time when you use it??

Yes and no. You don't have to have phone data if you downloaded your music. But for hulu, KZread etc. You need data. Its like having another android device. Noone can see your information unless you allow them access. Its not mirrored.

Go into your settings and if I remember correctly you will see boot logo in the menu. Just click on that and you should be able to change it to whatever logo you download

I no longer have that truck or radio. It was traded last year for my 2021. But however It was still working fine back in April of 2021 when I traded it.

Was it an easy install.

Honestly..Its been amost a year since I had that truck and unit, but I think it had a mirror link. You don't need it though because once you log in your Google acct, you will have access to everything without having to mirror. It does not have DVD access

Yes you are correct and That was established shortly after the video was uploaded last year. It was a TYPO...But I have since traded the truck with the unit anyway for 2021 and no longer needed that old software due to my new truck being updated with newer OEM software...Thanks for watching!

Zigg Zagg..I bought a px6 9.0 and my screen is blank! I hear the radio but don't see it. Plus I rebooted the unit and it wouldn't let me sign back on because of the pattern screen wasn't in sync but I figured that out, but how do you get the radio back to normal..Any ideas?

Did you try to download any kind of software or updates on it before the blackout screen happened? Also what kind of vehicle do you have it installed in? Ford's and particularly F150s are notorious for having issues when dealing with that sync system

Just installed mine in the same truck you have. My questions are, when you're in a call and you put in reverse, does it mute the call in progress? Mine does... Also, there were 3 connectors that wouldn't plug into anything. Just wondering if you had these issues.
