Always load lighter items at the bottom and heavier items in the top portion, this will save you from back pain. 😊
Another tip...Use sealable bag to pack your clothes. I.e. vacuum bag

Carrying tissues and t shirts is ones personal interest.If someone has OCD then they will carry it..hygiene is more important than anything.

Keep in mind that even if the size is allowed for carry on,certain items like trekking poles, tent poles & stakes,knife etc will need to be in checked luggage.

Most Airlines size limit for carry on is,22" x 14" x 9" ,or not more than 45 linear inches.
