4Minute was one of my favorite girl groups and I hate that they just disbanded a few months ago. There's very few girl groups that have a tough/aggressive concept and 4Minute was right at the top.

Yeah, it is a shame that they disbanded. I love 4Minuet. Also, the reason for the group name, from various sources, 4minute has two meanings. One means that each of its member will attract audiences in 4 minutes and this is why all of their songs are shorter than 4 minutes. The other meaning is that they will do their best for a minute (for every moment). Also, Hate by 4Minuet you might like as well.

lololol idk if you guys were kidding or genuinely asking but i always like giving more info to people who might be interested so here it goes: well if you think about why kpop girls are so pretty its mostly because of the 1) cinematography, 2) good makeup, and 3) kpop audition process. because groups are produced by people being scouted by agencies or going to a company to audition, then companies can pick and choose people based on their talent AND beauty. so its like survival of the fittest i guess XD the people that get chosen to form groups and become successful are of course gonna be the better looking ones that are also more talented. but another factor is makeup. in korea, a lot of kpop idols, boys and girls, use tons of makeup on stage. and korean beauty standards are mostly flawless skin, no facial hair or anything, big eyes (colored contacts a lot of the time), really bright glowly skin, a small face, a v-lined jaw, a high nose things like that. so thats how makeup is in korea, i think this adds to the effect of such beautiful people. and honestly ive been to korea too, they have some of the best facial products in the world. im not even kidding. their lotions, face masks, skin care things, etc. ARE SO GOOD. and if everyone in korea values good skin and are using the products, then their skin looks better and they overall are more attractive. ....then theres also cameras. whats different from the u.s. for example is the cameras they use totally hide blemishes and whatnot. they make everything look colorful, more artistic, and the people's faces are literally free of pores or scars or anything. koreans value boy groups, for example, with less or no facial hair. it makes them look a lot younger (but then again asians DO tend to have less hair naturally tbh). anyway, sorry you probably didnt care that much and you were just joking about why they were so pretty. like it was most likely a rhetorical question..but i just felt the need to share a little bit of my thoughts haha. sorry guys, i always comment so much on all your videos. i just think reactors trying to get into new cultures are so awesome. and there really is a big difference in korean beauty standards and korean mvs and how koreans do things overall compared to the rest of the world. just like how it is in each country is different. so its nice to see people that are interested and open minded. omg soooo soo sorry tho. this is getting long. but yeah, i know you didnt mean it seriously but i answered this question anyway haha. bottom line: when you go to korea, not everyone is going to look good. but if you try to go meet kpop idols, they're gonna look amazing. also, buy lots of korean skin care products cuz they're the bomb. but thanks for taking the time to read through all this y'all.

I had a feeling 4minute's music would be your style. their last song 'hate' is also pretty good. 'canvas' is pretty good as well - they have a 360vr video for that. the meaning behind 4minute is they can grab your attention in 4 minutes or less. not sure it took 4 minutes for you guys lol. also on the looks part, 4minute isn't consider a visual group. fans mostly like their music and style. obviously most girl group members are 'good' looking but relatively 4minute is middle of the pack in terms of looks. some groups pack only 9s and 10s...

They reacted okay to TWICE - TT, even though it probably won't be a favorite. I think it's good for people to see the range of Korean artists. I really love the song writing team that GFRIEND has. The music really has energy and is great in its own way. GFRIEND dancing to their songs at twice the speed is really impressive too. Those girls are amazing! 😍

if you are a westerner and a guy, the cutsy side of kpop is REALLY hard to swallow initially. it's something that might turn off a person and make them stereotype all kpop. yeah if you watch enough of it over time you get use to it and may even like it, but it's something you wouldn't want to 'introduce' to someone totally new to kpop. gotta know the audience. mv recs should either be totally eye candy or the type of music they would normally listen to.

To give you an idea who made kpop what it is today, you must go back a little and find out who made it popular. 4minute is one of them.Check out TVXQ "spellbound".RAIN "love song"he is also astar of a movie " NINJA ASSASSIN".Also check out KARA "Mr Mr" and T-ARA "so crazy".There are many more but start from these groups.I've been a Korean music listener several years and know what people like and also a musician.
