Join me for a 4 minute WARM UP ROUTINE to complete before your workout. Intervals will be 30 seconds per move for 8 movements total.     Perfect! Sometimes I don’t have time to workout before heading off to work so I like that I can do this to help loosen up my body after getting out of bed. I can even do this quick warm up during my work break.

    I feel like this video is just a compilation of all my favourite warm-ups from before your other workout videos in which the warm up in included. Feels great and I love the ease and short duration, this feels like somnething I could genuinely stick to without feeling exhaused before the actual workout while still feeling warmed up. Great stuff!
