@@aksharaparunandula895 No. But right guidance, mocks and material is. You can get these things without enrolling for any coaching. I personally didn't need any coaching. But there are students who need an external push, for them coaching is required. You need to identify you belong to which group!

its okay. Law as a profession is not much dependent on college, but more on your own personality. Work hard for 4-5 years and no one would care where you studied from. Speaking from personal experience.

Try for the top 5 NLUs. While not all LLM students get placed, but some students do get good jobs after doing LLM from NLU. Will make a video soon by bringing someone who has done LLM from NLU

Bro does any Schloarship kinda applies on fees of nlu? Should we pay the complete fees And bro please tell me that how much no of marks and how much rank should we get to join nlu banglore? ( I am from karnataka so there must be cutoff for that too right?)

Bhaiya, I got 65% in my 12th Board exams. Does it matter at the time of placements at NLUs? Do companies give weightage to it or is there some sort of school percentage criteria to sit for interviews even after as a student of a top NLU? Please clear my query.

No law firms or companies don't really care. Some place do have a minimum percentage criteria, but that around 60% so you are safe. Even my percentage were 73.6%. In an interview prepare a convincing answer on why you scored low and you will be fine. I have also uploaded a YT short on my channel on this topic.

Hello! I am a 4th sem BALLB student at ILS, Pune. I have not done any significant internships yet, only a few NGO internships which were online. I am good at studies, though not at the batch top. I am confused about future actions as I have not yet figured out my interest area. What should be the most important things I should do?

You have good time right now to try different things. 1. Read legal articles so that you can write research articles, they will help you in building good CV. (I will upload a video on how to write research articles next week) 2. Apply for internships at small firms, show a good work ethic and ask them to refer you to bigger law firms. You can do this even with advocates practising in courts too, they will certainly have connections and can refer you to bigger places. 3. If possible, participate in some moot court competition. No matter what anybody says, moot courts do look good in your CV (if you perform well in them). If the moot court competition deals with any good area of law such as IBC, Corporate law, International Arbitration, etc, its even better. 4. You can also apply for internship at Think tanks, Judicial clerkships, legal tech startups such as Spotdraft, etc. These are few of the many points. I have discussed more in detail in my eBook.

yes, it makes a good difference. It is a professional course and while anybody could do law and get LLB degree, to become a CS you need to study hard and give good efforts. I have talked about this in detail in my eBook too.

Our plans change with time. You might not want to pursue judiciary 3 years later. If possible, try for a good college, the brand name will help as a safety net. Otherwise you can pursue from local college also

Hello brother i have completed my 10 class from an icse sch..and I'm currently thinking of preparing for clat ug exam..and give the exam just after my 12th without drop yr... I want to ask you that should i switch to cbse board or should I stay in icse..which would be more beneficial to me?

I have done llb in a state government college which have separate state entrance exam other than clat. After 5 year i went for litigation in High court for 7 months and tried clat but couldn’t get it. Now iam aiming for christ college for llm pg and want to work at bangalore in corporate sector. I wish i had guidance like u in the earlier time of my life. And not sure if i could secure good job as my wish.

NLS is the short name for National Law School of India University (NLSIU). It is the top NLU in India and also the oldest one.

you will need to study concepts too apart from practising mocks. as CLAT is a practise based exam unlike JEE or NEET, mocks play a huge role in success

If you want to go into litigation, its fine. Central universities such as JMI are good for corporate as well as it is located in Delhi where you can intern throughout the year.

Sir pls join any normal decent college in your state and if you wish to practise, just join an advocates office. Regarding how to speak English, I suggest few things - 1. at night, write daily about your day. What you did in the day, the more you write, the better you'll become. 2. Watch English TV series with subtitles 3. Think in English 4. And lastly, read more and more. I'm sure these will help. All the best!

you will have to take printout of mocks, Laxmi. Always attempt offline mocks by taking printout as CLAT is offline.
