I found Emily's M-word(meditation) first and I finally started enjoying meditation. I haven't stopped for 4 years now. Nothing had sticked before, but Emily's essence and her work got me hooked for good.. It truly changed my life and how I show up in it so deeply. I then randomly came across Layla's work, which I love soooo much❤ It's so yummy, fun, deep, transformative and addictive I can't get enough of it! When I found out that my 2 favourite teachers are actually friends it just felt so good. It felt like home. I think that's what it is...following your work/gifts I feel like I'm coming back home and it's so freaking amazing 🎉🎉 thank you both gorgeous, divine women! 😘😘😘

I have to agree with Layla on the coffee discussion, as the smell of coffee is incredibly grounding and centering for me, and as I smell it, it’s a path of connection to my bliss. 😉
