Quick tip: u gotta try the 3-3-3-1 formation it’s a goofy one but it been working great for me against AI -just go to J2 league in Asia and choose the last one - the trick is just do not rush with your CBs

Unfortunately those tactics dont work on my defenders,a lot of people tried those tactics on me online but they didnt work because i use dash and pressure and when someone tries to confuse my defenders i use the match up process which will help to call for other defenders while im moving one of my defenders backwards then when my opponents try to make a pass or try to shoot my defender will block the ball😂😂
