I am planning a trip to phiphi or 4 island.. Which is best.. Many people told skip phi-phi.. Because it is over crowded.. Your opinion

Infact do phi phi since it is much better than 4island tour. Ryler beach is only worth in the 4island tour, rest can be skipped. But do the phi phi trip and dont miss the phi-leh lagoon.. it is mesmerizing

How long does it take to complete all four islands and back to Ao nang?? Can we start the tour after 1pm??

It takes almost 6 hrs.... Starting at 1pm will give u less time to spend. The tour usually starts from 8am onwards until 5pm and beyond

At what time does this tour end in the evening ? I mean by what time do u reach back Ao nang ? What is the mode of transport in krabi if you can say since after returning from this I ll go Bangkok by air at night.

Usually in the evening by 6-7pm it should be all done. You can take a cab to return

Hey thanks. Flying drones on these islands is not permitted. There is no permission to fly and a fine of 10k baht if found. We flew on our own risk..

Either ways work. You can do that. Krabi is peaceful whereas Phuket is more of city, night life, streets, etc.

The tickets cost around 500-800 baht per person for a tour with a longtail boat or 1000-1500 baht per person with a speed boat. There is an addition of national park fee as well of 400baht

can we do snorkeling if we don't know swimming.. Please tell

@slowNsteady14 There are no charges for snorkeling. Only scuba diving is chargable. For snorkeling you can simply take a swim on normal clothes or purchase from nearby stores.

Is it better to visit 4 island tour via speedboat or long tail boat

The only difference is the speed and number of ppl. Speed boat is covered and seems more safe. Long tail is mostly a bit open and an old one but you can enjoy the view

We did the entire trip from travel agent which included this tour. However the tickets cost around 500-800 Baht per person for a tour with a longtail boat or 1000-1500 baht per person for a Krabi with a speedboat. There is an additional 200Baht fee per person as national park feee..... There are lot of local agents and you can find a better deal

Are you talking about the island tickets? If yes, then you can book from Krabi directly to save money

@Soulfull_Sara There are lot of ticket booking stalls on the entire road, you can book from any of them on the aaonang beach lane

Yes definitely. Just be sure of the local police if you don't have an international license. They charge around 2000 - 1000 Inr if caught.
