For me , it doesn't matter what sound/music (with words or without) as long as the main beat is constant without too much high pitch or low pitch or excessive loudness/quietness and is near similar speed to my heartbeat . Something like Sword art online gun gale online alternative asault 1 hour extended - middle of day studying few weeks before a test. kzread.info/dash/bejne/Y6So0sV8lZO0Y5s.html Or Lose yourself by Eminimem ,, the night before a test . kzread.info/dash/bejne/kY2c29Jmj8u-YtY.html The music/sound has to match my current mental state/physical state. (pay attention to the drum beats ,, if the "drum beats" doesn't repeat in a regular pattern then I can not study to it (it has to be at a slightly faster pace than my heartbeat) . For me the "fireplace" sounds doesn't work because the wood crackling sounds are unevenly paced, the loud sounds of crackling in contrast to quiet fire not crackling is distracting.

I could cry, I was able to submit all my assignments as well as catch up on all my emails. Those 5min breaks let me get my room clean too without getting overwhelmed by the mess of it. It's not even 4PM and i've got everything done for today and can go out and see my friends now instead of staying holed up TuT

well done to everyone who completed 4 hours! and those who couldnt do it, its alright. what matters is that you tried and started it. even if you only completed 1 session, i and others are very proud of you! its alright, if you dont have motivation to study or arent productive. i think, everyone can approve and agree, that nobody can stay motivated or productive everytime and its totally fine. just be proud that you did at least something, even if it was little. good job and good luck!💖💫

It's not about motivation - It's about discipline. if you're used to getting up early, you get up early. That doesn't mean that you're motivated to jump out of bed every day. Habits are what often controls our behavior. I'm not saying that motivation isn't important. In the beginning, motivation is the jumping factor. But you're not motivated every day. that's where the discipline comes into play that drives us in the LONG TERM.

I do a lot of editing and getting distracted is so easy. Having your videos on with this 25 min work/5 min break routine is helping me stick to something. I'm still working on sticking to it, but these videos help. I usually listen to the rain ones, but today it was already raining and it's cold so the fire crackling made me feel more cozy and relaxed. Thank you!! Also I love the scenery and I admire you for staying this focused.

@@junay-lk5nj well, it's mostly informations you need to remember by heart. So I try to make summary's, and use colors. I avoid using copybooks. I use sheets of papers. It's help me dunno why haha. If you have maps to remember, take one map and note in it all the maps, so that you'll have all infos in one

Hello, this video was wonderfully helpful during my studying today! I was studying marketing management (I´m a Graphic design student) we thankfully only have this semester for this subject (1st semester) but the book is over 900 pages! Within these 4 hours i am able to read the 30 pages (time includes note taking, because that takes ages) i have planned every day to finish reading the book within the month. So thank you so much for making these great videos. The fire crackling as background noise was so soothing, I loved it
