Wow!!! The third house is sooo beautiful!! I love it!!! I'm more modern than old...The fourth house is really beautiful also..so much space...I rather have unfurnished...I like decorating my own way...I'm a creative person so unfurnished works for me...very beautiful house!!!

Beautiful home and great video. Would someone be able to get a home loan in Mexico? I was always curious about that. Does down payment and closing cost work similarly to the U.S.? Thank you.

Thank you! It is near impossible for expats to receive mortgage loans in Mexico, but there are some US based companies that are doing out of country home loans. I would try a company called Moxi, and go from there. There is a 10% down payment due upon contract of a property, and the remaining balance due 3 business days prior to closing.
Noticed you’ve been posting videos of more expensive properties lately. Has the average price point been moving up? Are the sqft in these properties on the higher end of the inventory in the lakeside area?

Hi David, so how I do my videos is I will take footage of the property while on tour with a buyer (this is for their reference if they want video of the property, and also for KZread). The buyer’s price point dictates what I am shooting. So no, it is not a reflection of the market, just happens to be what I’m viewing with buyers. Average home price right now is $350k to $400k usd.
