Love how Superbon controls and holds back the power of his his techniques and adapts to a level where his sparring partners are challenged but not overwhelmed. Plus. everyone still has fun. Best environment to learn!

He proves himself in the ring, no ego in sparring. Lots of guys in Western gyms have something to prove and too much ego. Not worth sparring with. No form and playing tip with their hands and feet.

They look like they come out of nowhere because they're usually setup as a counter. Most common Superbon uses is the cross/jab parry into same side highkick and you don't see it because the hand being parried is blocking the vision to Superbons leg on that same side.

@@taylorg2787 It's part of his style, and Superbon is known for his headkick KO's but wouldn't call it original to him, plenty of headkickers in kickboxing/MT. Being original is very rare in striking, my only one of a kind that comes to mind is Saenchai, in MMA, Anderson Silva.

@@unknownentity8256 Thanks for the reply :) I mean that he counters punches *with* a head kick. He times his head kick during the opponent's punch combinations. I think there are more originals, like Buakaw, Rodtang, Dieselnoi, Samart, Dekkers, and Lerdsila are examples of fighters with unique styles.

He sparred for the girls, and the kick in the head was just light. Warn girls to be careful when meeting the real thing. If it was a man, this doctor would kick him to sleep without stopping. If you don't know anything, don't show your stupidity..😄😄😄

The first girl, her punches were not too hard. Her low leg kicks were harder and faster but that's because Superbon kept sweeping them mid-kick. The last girl Smilla punched harder, but she's also the #1 pro fighter in her class. He didn't look phased by any of those hits so that must be their normal sparring.

Everyone: She's a female.. i'll not try to make a point.. Superbon: Let me headkick them in slow motion 😂😂

This is not to take anything away from the other girls. I think the first girl has the best mechanics out of all of them. She moves well & has her hand glued to her face, even when throwing techniques, which is vital. She has major potential for going forward. I like that the girls are all involved in the art, they don't have to even compete to be respected, taking part gets the respect.

head kick is the hardest to land and he just landed casually so many times...not to mentioned he has to control the power and thus the kick not at full speed...his timing and angle is insane

The girls are good, (watch out boys!) obviously Superbon controls his delivery (and he should), looks ambidextrous. "teep" is very useful both offensively and defensively, also a setup for a pivot to a head kick. Good sweeping technic too. Fun to watch.

I guess because a lot of guys don’t make great sparring partners. Either go too hard on them or give them charity. If all dudes sparred like Superboon they would be a lot more relaxed

Superbon provides some extremely valuable lessons to the young ladies regarding stance, weight distribution, and balance. 😅 ... can't wait to see him vs that killer Tawanchai.😮 It's scary that Smilla actually has a lot of room for improvement, because she's chewing women up as is, at such a young age. Imagine her at 25. ... Smilla was about to spit her mouthpiece out from smiling so hard. You could see that Superbon was comfortable going a little harder with her.

I think she is actually 5 feet 10, I did a height comparison in the friday fights stream of her kickboxing fight, Tyson Harrison supposedly 6 feet even, Smilla looked about two inches shorter (which means superbon is about 5 feet 9)

I think Smilla is 180cm 5'11, she's slightly taller than Superbon. That's why she's towering over the other female fighters in her division, definitely not 5'8

I don't like the sweeping stuff in sparring, the opponent is taking it easy of course they're going to get swept, it risks injury for them, also please tell that girl at 0:08 to stop doing this, hope you're okay

Light sparring with girls like these will always lead to injury than hard spar with male partners. Even Super Bon may probably get a minor injury on his lead leg's knee after this sparring session. They act so low and don't deserve to spar with Super Bon. They deserve Superlek.

What a disgusting comment. What's wrong with sparring with them. They were making friend. With the same logic Superbon should have never done a single sparring session with Buakaw since Superbon was pretty much a loser (he said that himself) at the time Baukaw took him in. Thinking only "what I can earn in the X hours I spend" is not a Thai mentality, it is way too selfish. Thailand would not produce such a large number of good fighters with that kind of mentality.

@@Tom67Slick Superbon is a professional fighter who know best about what he is doing. Why should we complain about the girls and the risk of injury when he didn't? He has done thousand of sparring sessions. What gives you the idea that he has no brain to evaluate the risk in this session? If it was really risky, you would not see this video.

Superbon has to hold back so much against these girls.
