Nicolas, great demo on the YC! I'm new to keyboards and just got a YC and I'm trying to re-create the sounds that you are playing. Can you help out a keyboard newbie and share your YC settings that you used to get those awesome classic sounds. I can sorta see the sliders and rockers but am missing the WAVE selector setting... Thanks and keep up the great playing!

Hi, unfortunately i don’t have the yc anymore, a friend of mine borrowed it to me for some days and i didn’t think of writing down the exact settings i ve used! I was just listening to the song i was trying to play and play with the settings of the yc till the sound it was near to my ears! Maybe if you screenshot the video and zoom it in you can see exactly the settings? Sorry i couldn’t help more..

Hi please Nicolas, can you please tell us wich amp do you use in each song on Iridium i guess you Will made a lot of us Happy !! Thank you very much in advance . Back in the days synths e pianos and Solinas and electric keys in general, were recorded trhu amps. That added a lot of caracther and colour to the tone. Tanks again.

Why not:) they only think i dont like is the mini keys but you can hook it up to a midi controller and play with normal keys :)

@@danielepuglisi8227 only way I can think of is to play the mini keys while playing the midi controller. Unless multiple manual midi controllers exist (never heard of one).

Now that I think of it, this is only advantageous if you are playing harmonized runs that are close together and requires another manual, but in the end, there is only 1 set of drawbars so all notes will be under those drawbar settings.

@@NicolasMelis try the first 4 or 5 drawbars all the way down and the other ones at or almost 0, and crank the distortion all the way up, and set the Leslie to slow. I think it gets kind of close. Let me know if it works for you, I have one of these and have been trying my hardest to get that dirty greasy Jon Lord sound.
