All the dishes look very appetizing, especially during this time. I have one question. The coffee dessert looks a lot like tiramisu. I was eager to see as those Italian sponge finger biscuits are not easily available. But is risk a good substitute for that. Will it become soft ? Please do let me know as I am dying to try it?
