These will last a long time in an air tight container, ensure that all dried ingredients like orange, rose etc have fully dried for better shelf life. 💥Ayurvedic Ubtan Bath Powder💥 🌱Green gram - 1/2 cup 🌱Sandalwood powder - 1/2 cup 🌱Turmeric powder (organic) - 1/4 cup 🌱Bakula flower - 1/4 cup 🌱Dried rose - 1/2 cup 💥Herbal bathpowder💥 🌱Besan (chickpea flour) - 1/2 cup 🌱Neem powder - 1/4 cup 🌱White turmeric - 1/4 cup 🌱Nut grass root - 1/4 cup 🌱Avarampoo (senna auriculata) - 1/2 cup 🌱Rose petals - 1/4 cup 🌱Vettiver - 1/4 cup ✅ This is great to sooth psoriasis and dermatitis. Leave it on for sometime on affected areas if possible. 💥Brightening bath powder💥 🌱Oats - 1/2 cup (1 cup) 🌱Sandalwood - 1/4 cup 🌱Orange powder - 1/4 cup 💥Exfoliating bath powder💥 🌱Soapnut - 1 cup 🌱Coffee - 1/2 cup 🌱Amla powder - 1/4 cup 🌱Shikakai 1/4 cup You can add more sandalwood, orange peel, vettiver, rose petals etc for added scent. It smells so good 😍

For smooth glowing skin: 1 - I drink good amount of water. It helps. Aim to drink at least 2 liters water daily. 2 - Daily, I cleanse my face with riceeberry face wash from litleextra. Although I sometimes skip due to impatience. While it works, daily application is crucial for results. 3 - I avoid any kind of soap etc. 4 - I don't consume junk food. 5 - I engage in 30 minutes of exercise daily. All together, these practices contributed to my clear, radiant skin without any acne, dark spots and pimples.

Myself enjoy the riceeberry face wash, it's extremely lovely... It has an enjoyable fragrance, its face wash has a good texture, leaves the face soft and fresh after use, just loved it. Best face wash for deep spots, pigmentation, and uneven skin tone... Face wash for sensitive skin too of my sister... In 15 days I can see the difference on my face... Thanks for this amazing thing.

Thank you for your kind words, Lakshitha!🥰 It’s important to have a balanced diet and to have a physical activity as a part of your day to day, for regular periods. To induce periods, papaya is really good. So is dates milk. But I’d suggest papaya, unless you’re making dates milk at home without refined sugar :)
