Lovely recipes...we do at home...with minor differences here and there. Make a similar brinjal recipe, you may call it Begun er tel jhaal or Beguner tortora...without the ground roasted peanuts of course...But usually try and fry the brinjal covered so that it softens as well. And so you need not keep it long in gravy or do not to add any water as well...You can try and chk.

Hy dii.. Aapne ghee india se carry kiya tha??
