Explained very nicely. Slump test is done to test water cement ratio which has direct impact on the design strength of concrete. The reduction in height after the cone is removed depends on the type of concrete vis a vis design strength. For example concrete of M20, M25, M30 etc have different reductions in height after the cone is removed.

For slump test, number of layers is 3 and for each layer the tamping should be 25 times. Care should be taken that while tamping 2nd layer it must not penetrate 1st layer and same for 3rd layer, this test should be completed within 2 min, Ref: IS 1199(part-2):2018 (but your video is informative, keeping growing good luck)

Now the standard has been change. You must penetrate the previous layer by 1 inch. The way he test the slump is bulshit. Slump must be fill in 3 layer. 1st layer 7 cm. 2nd layer 16 cm. 3rd layer 30 cm. Tamping in each layer must be 25 time.

The slump test is considered failed as per bs when the concrete collapse. The concrete is too watery. Desired values are between 40 and 80 unless it's a pump mix with extra cement. The method for raising the cone is inappropriate, he should lift the cone from a higher or standing position. Anyway good initiative to show test on site. Kudos

Cement wash the exposed rebars including stirrups to prevent formation of rust. Rust is very dangerous as there won't be proper bondage with the concrete if the rebars have become rusty.

At 21:32 jo 22.5 hai wo metre me hona chahiye kyuki 150mm*150mm=22500mm ata hai aur isko metre me convert karne pe ye 22.5metre ho jata hai.....aur 600kilo N hai ya only Newtown? Bhai mujhe kuch jagah calculation explaining me error laga hai...
