i use only plastisol ink , print only on fabrics and never dries up without heatpressing it

I dont think that was the result you wish to make. Wet to wet and 4 colors, And its very imoprant to use a proper net size. This holder for the screen r very unstable .

What about 5 colors, if rhe fabric is black and need to print white first then how to add a fifth screen there,?

Yes you want to start screen printing the HARD WAY buy one os this. Well it works but don't expect perfect screen registration. You can only do easy stuff with this

Hi, if you want printing a large quantity T-Shirt, we recommend Screen Printing, which cost lower; but if you only want do a few designs (say bellow 100 pcs shirts), heat transfer printing will be more suitable for you.

Hi，the screen frame size we use is 16" x 24" screen mesh size is 120 mesh. In fact you can use 80, 100 , or 120 mesh, these three size will be more suitable.

If notice on the right when the shirts are rotated the shirt is under a heat dryer. It will dry the ink enough so it won't come off so easily

I don’t know if that was it but I think if you look around you’ll find the one for 500 and I think you should get the one with micro registration it is the one with the red knobs on top for easy multi colors but that’s up to you.
