As a pianist, I have always admired (and somewhat envied) other pianists who can play more complicated pieces than I can. After watching a few of your videos, I have fallen into some kind of a trance and I now feel that a good pianist can also be one that masters simpler pieces and plays them beautifully.

As somebody who struggled with hand independence myself in the beginning, I just recommend you just play an easy song extremely slowly while sight-reading it. Play (mezzo)forte (loudly) and with a slow tempo at first while paying attention to hitting the right notes, then playing it in the right tempo (use a metronome if necessary) and then finally you can start adding decorations to the piece (dynamics, overall consistency). You can do this for every piece you want to learn. Piano can be really fun when you get to know how to get around with it. Don't give up and good luck!
