Great video! I need to watch it again and make notes! I have fallen into the trap of cosmetic procedures to treat my acne scars, spent loads of money, and saw almost no results. Plus my acne got back because I was told to stop tret for the procedures 😑 One questions on the Dermalux. I know the home version is much less prowerfull. But with the longer treatment time, do you think the results would be similar? I would love to use the in clinic Dermalux (or have one at home 🤩), but, I don't think I can afford to do it in a frequency that would be meaninfull ☹️ The home version is less powerfull, but I could use it much more often and it would be much more afordable. Or do you think a combination of both could be benefitual? For example, 3x a week use the at home the device, and once a month, the in clinic. Thanks!

Hi Dr Abs! Just stumbled upon your video here. I would like to ask for your opinion and verify if my dermatologist is really helping me or just ripping me off. I have acne scars on my face and I have done CO2 laser, piko laser, rejuran, profhilo, gouri. I've done all that in no particular order but the scars doesn't seem to disappear. What other methods would you suggest for me? Thank you

I have yet to see any treatment with stronger results that the Neogen Plasma treatment. I’m skeptical of a lot of medspas, that want to sell whatever machine they already own, which I think is why I haven’t seen the Neogen as much as I would expect. It creates a true non-surgical facelift result over a few treatments. And the skin resurfacing is better than full fractional laser, without as much downtime. I really want to do it, having done many lasers and RF microneedling previously.

Halo laser was the first laser i have done for my enlarged pores. Unfortunately it did absolutely nothing for tone and texture. It did however give me permanent red marks. I was recommended laser genesis or clear and brillant. Thoughts?

Theyre operator dependent more than the device

The Dermalux costs SGD3544. That's way above my pay grade. Would it be better to buy a medical grade panel such as the ones used by athletes? They actually cost less. And thanks for explaining which treatments are actually worth the money so I can make informed choices.

Dermalux isthe only medically licenced one for all things like acne, pain relief, psoriasis, cancer etc all at the same time. Look at intofaces.com when it launches later on the year for a cheaper alternative

Ilkley is a place near Manchester. There's a clinic there and their username on instagram is what I wrote: @the_aesthetic.clinic. I can't remember everyone I've trained unfortunately, but that clinic stands out for the quality of the doctor that works there: Mahmoon.

I bought the Nira during the Black Friday sale last year. I was faithful and compliant and it did Nothing. Complete waste of money 😢
