Everything is really nice but those slanted roofs are horrible they cut in to the bedrooms' inner space. The master feels like an artic room. The bedrooms upstairs feel claustrophobic for me...But but....the finishing is amazing

Nyayo estate mansionette is 3 bedrooms, tiny and has no swimming pool and its 14 million. If you compare with other estates you will realize that this home is worth it

Also the developer recently added value by building a bitumen standard road all the way from Katani road to the property. I'd say that's value for money
