Thank you Hardbeespoort Dam for spoiling my day. Now am left with this headache I don't even know where to begin with property hunting. This is stunning. Watch the space I would also be fitting in this area. So motivating....

I would love to buy a house like this when I can afford to some day soon. I am from the North West province but this is my first time viewing a house like this... It's so beautiful and spacious enough for a big family.

Roofline and some interior ceilings/ beam junctions are a bit busy but overall very well designed. Great materials and color palette especially paneling, railing, tile work & cabs.

This is how I see my own house when all my family is present

Statistically speaking Most of us in this comment section will NEVER own such houses No amount of manifestation or decreeing will make it such So just do you best and work with what you have and be grateful for what have and will achieve

Are you not sounding like a defeated person? Confess it yourself if you don't believe, don't confess for others. Never see yourself as a majority. If you love big houses go for them. Not everyone loves big houses. You'll be surprised how many people can afford this house but will not buy it but will focus on other thing that makes them happy.

This year im owning something like this in JESUS mighty name!! #2022 is my Year

Proper safety training with rules should teach the kids. Other than that it's nothing to be worry about.

A very nice property but, 1. No wall around the house 2. No small fence to keep the little ones away from the water. 3. The bedrooms are a bit disappointing. High five to the one that has purchased it, it is really a nice house.

I think you are the type who decides to buy a car at 7k per month but wish on a star that something magical will happen in terms of insurance and petrol. My advice is if you budget 7k pm for a car then you should actually get a car costing 4k and the rest is petrol and insurance otherwise you can't afford it, same applies with a house. Trust me I know what I'm talking about and also our people need to learn financial literacy... I don't want a nice house with an empty fridge.

When we say the house is expensive....only to find a new owner coming to change new roof and tiles...and ...."i don't like this colour"...says the new owner.

It's an exquisite home, my only concern is that it is situated near the water, meaning in summer you will get irritated by mosquitoes. The second thing is in winter it will be so extremely cold. But otherwise it's a lovely home, & i love it.

My only concern is the area where it is situated.. the group is flat and can absorbed more rain water during heavy rain.. it should be situated in a more up hill area, to avoid getting flooded easily

I was looking for this comment. Thought it was just me who felt the same. The lower and upper levels are too different, I get feeling of it being cramped, it could've been more open. Lovely property nonetheless.
