One day, I just might find a main bedroom with a King size bed with side tables of a meter each, with sides to spare, and a dressing room bigger than a bedroom. A pantry, with scullery and a laundry that will take a big front loader AND a big top loader. I think I’ll get an architect and build what I want.

I agree layout needs to be adjusted but there are few new build opportunities in established and mature suburbs such as Mill Park - to construct what you want from scratch you will have to look outside of these suburbs
