Hi Peter, I’ve recently come across your channel and it’s fantastic so congratulations on it, can I ask you, in quite a few of the properties on your channel there seems to be bars outside on windows particularly the kitchen, why is that, is it security or is it a requirement, regards Karl

Hi Karl, thank you for your very kind words re our channel. Yes, bars on ground floor properties were very common and quite traditional on Andalusian properties and used to be a condition for cheaper insurance, however this is not the case anymore so you can now remove the bars when you replace the windows.
