I do like there back terrace area with the chef's place on the side there. I like it when you said about family speaking about gossip. The master bedroom is very nice with his & her closet.

I really like Jason and his personality. Real estate aside, I can tell he's one of those people that you would really want to have as a friend. I also like the fact that Jason doesn't come off fake in his videos. You can tell his love for the business and the homes he tours is very genuine. He's not like other agents that sell high-end real estate who sound like they're reading from a script. I live in LA and we see so much of that fake cheesyness from agents out here. A lot of "rich people" actually hate it when an agent treats them like royalty just because they have money. A lot want to work with someone like Jason who is professional but also behaves like a normal human being.

@@trevortrevose9124 , I don't think you can compare the two. They have different styles. Enes gives great explanations of details, while Jason is more casual, with his personal observations. Both are enjoyable, for different reasons.

I like the way that you show up the house is authentic, fresh, without overactive.

I love the realness of this video. It’s not like your typical stifling tours. And I usually don’t like open kitchens but I am definitely getting into the vibe of this house.

I found your channel like 2 months ago and watched all of your videos in 1 day because the houses you tour are really my type.

I love the kitchen layout of this house. In addition, those Wolf appliances and Sub zero fridge make it more beautiful. Also, i love the idea of having the master bedroom downstairs... Looking forward to viewing more beautiful house tours of yours soon...

Absolutely beautiful Home thank you so much for showing the elegant details as well as the upscale the fixtures are. I think one of the details that stood out to me the most was the book ended marble detail that was on the wall going up the stairs correct me if I’m wrong.

I'm sure that the HOA president has all his sons and nephews on the bloated payroll. A detailed audit would reveal his brother's eight year old kid earned $200 an hour mowing the grass and there are going to be all kinds of funky backhanders and el briberos grande.
