why there is no bathroom sink in the lower bathroom, just my observations but the space is not utilized correctly , i would rather put another full bathroom upstairs than making my master bedroom bigger and i would not put a jacuzzi in the master bath but instead utilize the area for much better space for my shower , Congratulations to the new home owner! 🥂🍾

Baliktad, dapat yung white tiles sa mga bedrooms dapat sa sala or sa baba nilagay, at yung parang wood tiles sa baba, sa taas or sa mga kwarto sana nilagay. Maganda yung design nang house, pero sana ginawang 3 bedrooms para kung may kamaganak or friends na bibisita pag may handaan, at least may extra room (guest room) na pwede tulogan kung kinakailangan. Sabagay, iba iba tayo ng preference at ugali.

Tama ka nmn. Yung House 🏡 ko more than 4M din pero 3 Bedroom ksama na Master Bedroom ko. Plus 1 room for kasambahay if needed man. May Music 🎶 room pa yun with Bar Counter. 2 Wide Living room. 2 Storey sa second floor may Family Living room din. At may small private Living room Yung Master Bedroom ko. Mga Bathroom 3 pa iba Yung nasa Backyard ko na Shower 🚿 room. With Landscape na may Water falls. Napakaganda n'ya at maluluwang na mga' terrace sa itaas. Yung kitchen tama lang Hindi maluwang Hindi rin masikip. Dalawang dining Set pa ito. Para sa bisita at pang family. Magaganda Yung mga kabinet kitchen ko. At Ang Lote is 400 Square meter. Pero naibenta ko na ito dhil walang nakatira. Yung kuya lng nmin. My Parents may sariling House en Lot nmn. So Ang nakabili is American Business man. Naibenta siguro mga nasa 4.8M strategy nila yun. So Sayang lng kase Yung House ibenta na lng Yung advice Ng kuya ko. At bumili na lng Ng Simpli kase di' nmn ako nakatira 😹 So nilagay ko Yung mga ibang pera sa Subdivision. Na maganda din Ang mga location matataas Ang lupa Hindi Yung tubig Ang kalaban mo. Worth it tlga at House en Lot na Simpli lng 3 bedroom din nmn. 🥰🤗

Ok n sana sa akin kung my bathroom p sana yung bed room 1 s second floor.pero ayos pagkagawa Pulido Naman siya at gusto q Yung master bed room spacious siya.

Super small ng kitchen po. For a Filipino family, dapat mas malaki palagi ang kusina. But then if they’re planning to have an auxiliary kitchen, then it’s okay, mostly ang galawan duon sa may likod, then parang show kitchen nlang ung cute sa loob. Congratulations po sa bahay, as an OFW myself, alam kong pinaghirapan po Ang pera pampagawa. All the best po sa owner. And super thanks sa upload.
