Hey, I hear a lot of compression on the whole track. That leads to the melody being silenced a little when the loud 808 kicks in... You should only put that amount of compression on individuall instruments, or 808+Kicks channel... In case you're using Fl, on the master channel there's automatically the compressor "Fruity Limiter"... You should always remove it :)
